We are offering a discount to first time clients who are ready to explore working 1:1 with Val for breathwork or reiki! This consisted of one 60 minute session where you will be educated on the benefits and process of a breathwork or reiki journey, and then guided through a ~35 min session.

This is connected breathwork, which uses is a fast paced, intentional breath that helps to access your subconscious mind and flush out your nervous system.

This can be virtual or in-person as well as with or without reiki (with no added cost).
