We are offering a discount to first time breathwork clients who are ready to explore working 1:1 with Val! This consisted of one 60 minute session where you will be educated on the benefits and process of a breathwork journey, and then guided through a ~30 min session. The type of breathwork used is a fast paced, intentional breath that helps to access your subconscious mind and flush out your nervous system.

This can be virtual or in-person as well as with or without reiki (with no added cost).
