If you have been feeling overly activated or emotionally shut down - this booster pack is for you. You will be taught extensively about the nervous system, how it works, and what you can do to help regulate yours. Session two you’ll be guided through a breathwork journey, with optional reiki, to somatically process and release emotions stuck in the body with time to process what came up at the end. The third session you’ll be taught about EMDR and somatic experiencing and guided through practices rooted in these therapeutic approaches.
