This two package session was designed for those who are feeling out of alignment with their life’s purpose or noticing low levels of satisfaction in their life right now. We believe that identifying and understanding one’s values can help act as a compass in one’s life to guide them towards happiness and true life satisfaction. You will be guided through a values identification activity to help identify your core values, and then work to help integrate this information by recognizing where you can start making actionable changes to get on the path to alignment.
